  Very impressed with the employees and manager of this location. Amit and Debbie were absolutely amazing. I originally came in with no strategy and they ended up going above and beyond to meet my needs. Even the manager (I forget her name) was a peach, and made me laugh at her well input humour. I came in as a nobody and left feeling like a member of the store family. Huge kudos to the three of you!

  Jayden and Amit have always been so helpful with all of my accounts. They have saved me money on cell phones and TV/internet packages and take their time making sure I'm taken care of. This is home base. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Unprofessional and misleading Very poor experience at the Bell store in Oshawa, after an uncomfortable visit to the Bowmanville location. Bowmanville staff acted suspicious from the start and claimed they had no phones in stock, which later appeared to be untrue. No effort was made to help. At the Oshawa store, I was told I could not upgrade my lines unless I bought $450 protection plans or paid a $120 dealer service fee. During the interaction, the manager oddly mentioned that I had been at the Bowmanville store earlier — information I never provided. She claimed the other store had called to check inventory, which contradicts what Bowmanville staff told me (that they cannot check nearby store inventory). The inconsistencies and behavior made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. I’ve been a Bell customer for over two years and moved my business lines from Rogers to Bell expecting professionalism. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this location.
