    If you ever visit this store, please find and talk to A.B !! He is truly the BEST of the BEST sales consultant working at THIS Bell Oshawa Center. He is a critical thinker and a true consultant. He helped myself and my family and went above and beyond to upgrade our smartphones and brought over our home services from Telus. He understands the customers situations well, and is able to politely explain hard to understand concepts very well across multiple age groups (in my family). He broke down the contracts and explained each detail alongside the plus side of having Smartcare on our devices. I have been to this store before with his co-workers and I have always found them to be hard sellers and pushy. I have also noticed A.B has an outstanding leadership with his co-workers and customers. He was able to handle multiple hard situations with other customers who needed help with their account while helping us with our phones. A.B also acknowledge every single customer who was waiting in line, unlike his co-workers who were too busy selling to their customers. This is by no means is a negative review, I am truly appreciative of A.B and the store for being transparent, thorough, and being straightforward on what they can and cannot do in their store. Again, A.B was an excellent sales consultant and he truly is a pro at his job! He is rare GOLDEN GEM!

    The store manager Trev was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. We were looking for new phones and to switch providers, we were offered an excellent package and the service was exceptional! Thank you Trev for all of your help! Highly recommend this Bell Store for service or assistance.

    Had an outstanding experience with Abrar at the Bell store in Oshawa Center. He was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain all the plans thoroughly. He went above and beyond and even gave us free cases to protect our new devices! The whole process was seamless, and thanks to Abrar, we felt confident and informed every step of the way. He’s an absolute rockstar, if anyone is looking for a top-tier sales rep, Abrar is your guy!

    Aaron helped my father and I yesterday, and he was truly phenomenal. He did everything in his power to ensure my father left with his phone hooked up, despite some confusion with a prior bell rep who called my father to set his phone up. Aaron called Bell himself, to ensure the charges were reversed, fixed his phone up, and he even gave us a SIM card removing tool. He was patient, kind, and empathetic. If I have any need for phone services, I will absolutely be visiting Aaron at this location!

    Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Aaron today. I came in on a whim since i needed to trade in or pay off my phone soon. Aaron helped me right away and upgraded my phone to the newest S26 ultra for no extra charge on my monthly bill. He also upgraded my plan, and was able to help me reduce my monthly bill. Additionally because of my upgrade my father was also able to get a new S26 Ultra as we share a plan. Aaron also took the time to help us with a tech issue on swapping our phone numbers. Thank you so much Aaron for all your help today you were incredibly helpful and a joy to speak with :)
