I visited with my 4-year-old daughter to purchase a fast charger, and despite being initially welcomed, things took a turn. My daughter was having a meltdown, and I was trying to care for her while shopping. The lady at the front desk gave my daughter a look I didn't appreciate, but I ignored it. When she asked for my name for the receipt, I handed over my credit card to make it easier. After a search, I couldn't find the card, and the machine timed out. The lady's tone changed, saying I was taking too long. She then found the card and said 'oh sorry, there you go.' The manager made a comment about my daughter, which I didn't understand. I decided not to make a purchase and left. I called back to speak with the manager, who confirmed she wasn't mocking us, and she apologized if I felt that way. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I won't be returning."
