  Went here today and was helped by E.K She was extremely kind and knowledgeable on every option. She helped me pick the best plan suited to my needs. She was also extremely kind and funny. I will definitely be back

  You really are a company that does not respect its customers. I waited outside your door for ten minutes in the severe cold, and the employee saw me standing outside but left me there until it became six o’clock. Then he came to tell me that you were closed. Why keep me waiting outside if you were going to close? In this cold, you could at least have told me to come inside and wait. This is very bad behavior, and I will not buy from you again. I will cancel my services. Thank you for this unprofessional treatment.

  I had an excellent experience working with the representative EK for my Bell internet and phone service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. She helped me find the best possible deal for both my internet and phone plan, making sure I understood everything before finalizing. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable thanks to her professionalism and friendly attitude. I truly appreciate her effort and highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for the best Bell deals!

  When I arrived, the lady and two gentlemen welcomed me into their store. The lady then told me that she can help me. I proceeded to ask the lady whether if I can switch my eSIM from one phone to another. The gentleman from another end of the store asked me if I was switching from a new iPhone 17 and I responded yes. Then the lady mentioned that it will not be possible to switch the eSIM from the new iPhone to another phone and I will need to return the brand new iPhone. I then asked if it is possible to switch the eSIM from the new iPhone back to a physical SIM and both the gentleman at the back and the lady raised their voices and said "We just told you that you will need to return your iPhone and it will not be possible!". I then awkwardly stated that I was just exploring my options. After I left, I decided to visit the Bell store at Place D'Orleans and guess what, the representative there was able to resolve my issue without having me return my new iPhone! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable unlike the representatives at this Mer-Bleue Rd location. I do not recommend anyone visiting this location.
