    To say Ken is phenomenal at what he does for his customers would be a serious understatement! Goes WELL above and beyond while being knowledgable as well as any other positive thing one can say. The other employees have always been super nice as well as quick to answer to in person visits

    Best service ever for the first time that I’ve been with Bell. Ken in place d’orlean Bell shop is an amazing representative. He was efficient, practical, patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He help getting my plan updated with new iPhone (17) and a second phone number for my clinic with only 46 dollar increase on my original plan (my plan include wifi too). Thank you so much Ken for your help.
