I came into the store to upgrade my iPhone 12, and Ymir took the time to ask about my preferences and clearly explain the differences between the phones and plans available. I ended up getting an excellent plan, along with an Apple Watch, a screen protector, and phone protection. After comparing different options, I genuinely couldn’t find a better deal. I truly appreciate their help they were knowledgeable, patient, and had great personalities. Excellent customer service all around.

When it was my turn, I told the representative what my issue was and he was able to quickly find a solution to address my issue. He was super nice and even gave me the correct phone number to call to address a second issue I was experiencing just so that I will get the most out of my brand new phone! I can't thank him enough.
