  E.K. was fantastic to deal with two times now, first for me getting a new phone then my husband a few weeks later. Everyone in the store has been very friendly and helpful - and we got great deals to boot.

  I had an issue with setting up new services. I was very frustrated with the phone reps and kept getting different information by phone. I went to this location in person. The staff was very understanding and apologetic about the situation, had great humour and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Much appreciated - thanks so much.

  After many years of leaving Bell mobility (including this location) after rude staff with attitude issues; I had to go to this location to help out a family member. We were served by Omaid who was friendly and professional. After he solved our issues; I switched 1 of my cell #s to Bell due to Omaid's great service. I came back a few days later and Omaid helped me switch 2 more lines to Bell. Plus I picked up a 4th line. Omaid is a great example of a solid, friendly and professional customer service representative. 10 stars for customer service for Omaid.

  Came to the Bell store today to transfer my family’s mobile service and consolidate with Internet and cable service. E.K. helped us out. She was great. She took care of everything and was super helpful. I highly recommend the Bell store in Orleans.

  It was my first time visiting the Bell Orléans store and I’m glad I stopped by. Sales person, Omaid, asked all my requirements about home wifi and cell phone usage, he offered me the best solution/service/price compared to the previous provider, I’m very happy with the service I signed up for. While I asked many questions, Omaid explained well with a professional manner. I highly recommend this Bell store and Omaid as he is down to earth and made sure I understood all about features and services. Great sales associate!
