    My sister-in-law came into your store about a week ago. She has to replace her broken phone. When we heard that, we were afraid that a salesperson would have taken advantage of her special needs, but no! The salesperson replaced the phone with something similar and did not upsale her package. We are very impressed. This is not the first time she has had such good service at the Oakville Place store,, so congratulations

    Donovan is INCREDIBLE!! He is so knowledgeable and so efficient! He solved my problem on the spot (and I had previously called and talked to Bell agents to no avail!). I bought a new phone and service from him and felt great/comfortable! Thank you so much!!

    Poor customer care service. Bell doesn't seem to manage well these outlets. Other Bell services like online Chat and Tech support were extremely professional. However, at store where is counts, Bell failed miserably with customer care training and monitoring. Quick suggestions to fix the issue: 1. Setup a queueing system that requires using customer client mobile number. After service send sms for client evaluation (same as with Bell chat). If client does not use a mobile then queue slip should have a barcode for clients to scan and evaluate the service. 2. Maintain an Incident and Complaint Log and take action promptly 3. Raise the Bar, make store managers accountable for poor ratings. Set the bar high say Google 4.8 (currently this store has a (3.9 by 162 Reviewer) Other Bell units success is connected to these physical stores so fix stores performance.
