Since I couldn't stay for very long, I asked the associate if he could use Google translate to help out the customer. The associate then specifically closed his laptop, and told me, "she can understand." The other two associates just stared at us with absolutely no interest to help. I understand that customer service is a tough job, but a bit more patience is needed to help out with a customer when they are in need.
