Left the store confused decided to go back in. Another worker helped me thank goodness he was able to help find the account. Even this employee said that Tish/Kish was useless and didn’t know what he was doing. This experience was almost a waste of time but thank you to the other worker I forgot his name.

No one offered help, and when I approached the staff with questions, the attitude I received was shockingly rude. One employee repeatedly responded with phrases like “How am I supposed to know?”, “Why are you asking me?”, and even “That’s not my problem.” This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was disrespectful and dismissive. If someone is working in customer service, especially representing a major company like Bell, the bare minimum is to have knowledge about the services and speak to customers with basic respect. Instead, I felt like I was bothering them simply for asking normal questions. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this store. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training, because customers deserve much better than this attitude.
