After a long and exhausting day dealing with the Yorkdale Bell Corporation store and spent 5 hours with those unprofessional Hotline Bell staffs transferred me lines after lines but still no one could really help, I stumbled upon the Bell affiliate shop on Lawrence Avenue, and I’m incredibly grateful I did. The contrast in service was night and day! Upon entering the shop, I was immediately greeted by the manager, who took the time to listen to my frustrating experience which I spent more than 5 hours but none of the hotline staff had given me any help. He was genuinely concerned about the difficulties I had faced trying to activate my daughter’s iwatch plan and linked to one of my mobile numbers and did not hesitate to offer assistance. His understanding and empathy made me feel valued as a customer. He took the initiative to contact the Bell hotline on my behalf, effectively navigating the cumbersome process I had been subjected to earlier. With patience and professionalism, he made calls to the right departments, ensuring that I was not left to fend for myself in the chaos that had transpired at Yorkdale. Not only did he help me get my plan activated, but he also explained the steps clearly, making sure I understood everything before I left the store. His thoroughness meant I didn’t have to go through the frustrating back-and-forth I had just experienced. This manager went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience, turning my challenging day into a positive one. His dedication to customer service truly sets this store apart, showing what exceptional support looks like. If you’re considering Bell services (in fact better reconsider!), I highly recommend visiting this Lawrence location. Recently signed up for bell smart home security for my business and my account was sold to A.P.I Without receiving my first bill my account was sent to collections. No correspondence from A.P.I and when I contact customer service I’m put on hold for 30 mins to then be transferred to voicemail. After leaving several voicemails I’ve filled out the contact form on the website with no correspondence back. Will be switching to Telus as soon as possible
