  Today I finally purchased a new iPhone from this location after visiting many other places where I was asked excessive questions and faced unnecessary complications, without understanding the reason behind them. The woman working behind the counter at this location was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. She assisted me quickly, helped finalize everything smoothly, and even provided a discount, which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much for the positive experience. I do hope there will be more consistency and smoothness in how customers are treated overall. If a small number of people attempt scams, that should not mean every customer is treated with unnecessary suspicion. Overall, this visit restored my trust, and I appreciate the excellent service I received today
