  Internet was down. I called technical support after an hour on the phone. They asked me to go and replace the modem with a newer one and latest version. I recorded the call just so I don’t have any problem when I go to the store. I came to the store where they said they cannot give me the latest one and they have to swap it with the same model. I played the call and let them listen to it even then the customer service of Bell was telling that I can’t swap it with the new version. They did not help me. Terrible service

  By far, the best customer service I’ve ever had with a phone provider. Millie and team provided real solutions in a knowledgeable, patient, approachable and kind way. Highly recommend this location for all your Bell needs.

  I had an issue with phones being returned at Yorkdale for a credit to my account. One phone went missing. The staff at Yorkdale would not help me saying I returned the phones to Bayview Village (which I did not). The staff was so rude to me at that store. I will never go back to the Yorkdale store. I was treated terribly by them. So I decided to call Bayview since I didn't know what else to do. First I spoke with Young and he was great and so nice. He called the Yorkdale store on my behalf to get more information. I then needed to speak with Joseph who is the Bayview store manager. He was a very kind and helpful person and was able to find my paperwork even though it was not done through his store. I cannot thank both of them enough for rectifying the problem and now I will be getting my $300 credit back because of the two of them. Thank yo so much!!

  Today, March 14th, 2026, I visited a Bell store to make minor changes to my plan and ask a few questions. After nearly five years as a Bell customer, this was by far my most disappointing experience—all due to the unprofessional conduct of one staff member.The employee, whose name tag read "Niaomi," kept us waiting for about 15–20 minutes while the other staff member was available but idle. She refused to let another employee assist us, insisting that because she greeted us first, we were now her clients. Her attitude was dismissive throughout the interaction, and at one point, she even left mid-conversation to assist another customer.I ended up laughing in disbelief and leaving the store, but I must say, this level of service is not what I expect from Bell.
