  Terrible experience with Bell — misleading information and poor communication We went into the store on March 7 to get new phones, and the first thing we asked was whether the phones were in stock. Waqar (the associate at bell) told us yes. After spending a long time going through plans and starting the process, Waqar suddenly checked and told us there were only 2 phones available. We were willing to take those 2 and come back for the 3rd, but had to leave due to an emergency. When we returned about an hour later, Waqar then said there was only 1 phone left. At that point, we decided to just order all 3 phones. He told us he couldn’t give an exact date, but they should definitely be ready by midweek (around March 11). After that, everything changed. We had to keep calling for updates— Waqar never followed up like he said he would. Then he told us there was a delay and suddenly had no timeline at all. When we asked for any estimate, he said he didn’t know. Almost 2 weeks later, we called again—still no phones, still no timeline. This was especially frustrating because we had clearly explained from the beginning that our contract was ending and we needed the phones on time to return our old ones. That’s why we specifically asked about stock on day one. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and received much better service. Then, 3 weeks later, Waqar finally calls to say the phones are ready—far too late. Overall, this experience felt very misleading and poorly handled. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were not managed properly, and we were essentially left in the dark the entire time. Would not recommend.

  Honestly, I've never met anyone as helpful and kind to people as Tom. He has such a wonderful approach; it's truly the first time I've encountered such an employee. Even though our English wasn't great, he explained everything to us clearly and nicely. Bell must be lucky to have someone like him.

  They literally got to hire a new sales rep Teji is literally the worst person for the sales position couldnt even be polite or provide proper information on what I was asking regarding the s25. As he messed up the information on the specs list for it and got us thinking something else. I dont personally I think someone in sales who selling phones should know his phones.
