I question these exceedingly positive reviews as my experience was the opposite. Busted my phone (dropped and cracked) while travelling. Despite being a virgin customer they charged $800 to replace the phone still under contract. Follow ups with the insurer provided no record of my purchase. The new phone is terrible. Buyer beware! Based on my experience I suggest do NOT go to this kiosk. They saw i was in a hurry, over charged me and sold me a dud. Caveat emptor!

They are absolutely awful. Awful wifi, customer service, etc. consecutively, 5 times in a row over the past two years they have given us broken modems, our wifi going out for several, and giving out blatant misinformation causing us to go all over the city just to get two new modems by them in one day only for them to BOTH be defective. They do not know which stores carry their modems. It has been hell and back with them, we are 3 days without wifi again. My father is terminal and needs the internet for his equipment and other things. Please do not get them ever.
