Prior to arriving, I had called the store to get more information on the new IPhones and contracts. Keith was EXTREMELY kind, professional, and patient. Once I arrived, he was honest about the available phone plans and I did not once feel the dreaded “sales person” fake interaction. He was able to get me the northern phone plan (not an option online) and was very patient with my grandfather and I (we had a million questions). He had such a positive and personable attitude, and I really hope this district knows how much of a jewel Keith is. I’m super happy with my phone and will only be going to Keith for accessories from now on :)
