They are super helpful and answer all my questions each time even when I change my mind and upgrade randomly. And man oh man they know their stuff. Even during COVID they have been helpful with cases and SIM card purchases. So naturally I'll be back again for my next upgrade next year. Make sure you call ahead if you're going in for a hub to make sure they are in stock. During COVID you can imagine why. But for phones, SIM cards, and even cases they have had just what I need. Just picked up a new otter for my hubby's phone. They had the black on in stock but he wanted brown, so they ordered it for me and it came in super fast and got the call to swing by for it. Very pleased as always! The assistant manager is incredible! That woman is so patient and uber efficient and crazy helpful. Like above and beyond helpful! Highly recommend.
