  Charlotte and Andrew are a delight to deal with, If you want kind, compassionate, patient, trustworthy, customer service at a cell phone shop you gotta go to Bell Niagara on Mcleod Road. These two are unlike any other store reps around!

  I recently had a wonderful experience at The Bell store on McLeod Rd., in Niagara Falls. It truly reminded me how powerful great customer service can be. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with Andrew and his willingness to help, which immediately stood out. It didn’t feel forced or scripted—just natural, friendly, and attentive. On a separate occasion, I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte, who was equally friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. What impressed me most about them, was how they took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Instead of rushing me or pointing vaguely toward a section, they asked thoughtful questions and guided me through my options with patience and clarity. It felt less like a transaction and more like a conversation with someone who genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. When I had a small issue with one of the items, it was handled quickly and professionally—no hassle, no defensiveness, just a sincere effort to make things right. That level of accountability and respect is rare and deeply appreciated. Great customer service isn’t just about being polite; it’s about creating a positive, memorable experience. Andrew and Charlotte did exactly that. It’s the kind of customer service that earns repeat customers not through promotions or discounts, but through trust and genuine human connection.   This woman Charlotte is the most amazing sales woman with the most exceptional customer service and multitasking! Waiting on 4 people all at once! Still giving care and attention to everyone! If you stop by bring her a medium double double she deserves it! ☕️☕️☕️

  I live very close to the Canada/US border. Bell Canada was continually overcharging me for roaming on my tablet when I was still in Canada. Charlotte, the manager of the Bell Mobility store in Niagara Falls helped me sort through the issue with Bell Canada and got me a credit for all the previous charges made in error…and also helped to set up my device so it wouldn’t happen again. She did a wonderful job advocating for me with Bell and stood up for me in a principled way to get the charges made in error reversed. I can’t thank her enough…WELL DONE CHARLOTTE!!!!

  i wanted a new phone but im lowkey broke asl and charlotte made it affordable and i didn’t even have to do any math which is cool cuz i failed in gr 9 she’s very tech savvy unlike me though im a new gen so thats awesome i almost just wanted to be her friend? felt so comfy great to look at btw gorgeous lashes and eyes also teeth
