    What Can I say? Bell CANADA is a horrible company. I have been with those guys for the past 13 + years. In light of the poor services I was getting for my cell phone ( it is my practice to buy my own phone as I do not like to be locked in with Bell. Finally I wanted out and I called them much in advance to cancel their services for my cell phone. I had these weird people picking up the phone and talking to me and sounding hesitant about cancelling the service and upon being questioned, they would immediately perk up and say “yes yes it has been canceled , no worries, ma’am! I called them at least three times to ensure that they have cancelled the service as well as requesting an email reflecting the cancellation of the service. Of course!! I never Received a confirmation email!! Ever!! but here is the here the best part, after a month I start to receive emails from them with no option to reply back!! In the email it says I owe them $150. For the month that I had already cancelled for I always had the suspicion that those guys were playing around, so this confirmed it. I couldn’t do anything because I’m currently out of the country and there is no toll-free numbers with those idiots. And now it has come up to 156 also. They’re threatening me that they will be sending me to collections.. well they can do whatever they want, but I wanted all of you to know to be very mindful if you are a client of theirs. Have a lawyer ready and get a lawyer to write a letter via email to them regarding cancelling the services. Do not do it on your own.. they are extremely corrupt and dishonest. It was disgusting how they dealt with me… forget about me ever going back to them. To hear they’re laying off about 700 employees, somebody surely is pocketing all the money they can lay their hands on. I will certainly not be paying them the money that they claim I owe.. if things go out of hand, I always have a Lawyer who will be helping me in this matter.. I wish the people who are still stuck with them as their customers the very best of luck!

    Amrider at the Upper Canada Mall location helped me port my number from Rogers to Bell. He made the process super simple which is very much appreciated. It was a great experience and I’m happy so far that I switched to bell :) thanks!

    Tanzil helped my mom with a bunch of things she needed done all at once and even stayed past the end of his shift to keep helping. Super friendly, explained everything in a way that made sense to her and just had great customer service. Highly recommend!
