They are NOT Bell Canada, they will however charge you for items such as sim cards without disclosing the price prior to installing them into your phone. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT BELL CANADA.
- SGSylvie GagnonFeb 21, 20251.0Be sure of your product before you purchase. I was stuck without a cell and sent a friend to get me a charging cable. Unfortunately, she purchased a ($40!) cable, that does not work for my phone. When I went in 16 days later (as soon as it was convenient for me to go this way) to return the brand new and unused cable, I was given a hard time about it and told I could not get a refund. I coolly pointed out that there was no return policy stated on the purchase slip and that the product is in pristine condition, so I don’t understand the issue. The best they could do is give me store credit. I looked around to try and spend this credit, but there is absolutely nothing there that I needed. Their inventory is slim to none. There is no selection of anything that would be relevant for my phone.. (an iPhone 15Pro Max) This purchase was a complete waste of money, I don’t recommend shopping here and I have reported this exchange policy to the Better Business Bureau.
