I’m extremely disappointed in Bell, in fact closed my account 3 1/2 yrs ago and swore never again!u n l
Your customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered truly!! Having said that, Komal was able to sign me up again! She is a fantastic salesperson!
Your business (Bell) would benefit greatly to have every salesperson and manager spend a day with Komal … she knows the art of relationship selling!!

Today had such a bad experience at Virgin mobile kioske after going back and forth from bell waiting in line for at least 2 hours. Both agent were busy waited and this couple came and they decided to go ahead with them and have me waiting. When I told the agent that I should have been before them she replied and argued with me and said they were there before me when no one else argued. Everyone knew I was there before them. Not sure if because of my skin color but didnt appreciated at all after I spend at least 30 min in line. Or perhaps she seemed to be more excited to get the sales as the other cx's was looking to buy new phones instead of me trying to exchange my defective modem.
