  I had a great experience with Virgin at Bayshore Mall. I was originally planning on renewing my service with Telus but I stopped quickly to talk to Virgin and found out that I could save over $50 per month and get a better plan. Yasar helped me out. He was knowledgeable and efficient and overall just a really nice guy. I would highly recommend that you take the time to stop and talk to them if you are looking for a new phone or a new plan.

  I recently purchased an iPhone at Bayshore Shopping Centre, and I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Siham. She went above and beyond to help me with everything from choosing the right phone to selecting the best plan for my needs. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Siham was incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her !   I’ve been to the Bayshore Virgin to change my plan and Tina was able to help me very fast and efficiently. Her customer service and skills were amazing! One of the best Virgin people I have ever worked with.
