I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bell store. I booked an appointment for 11 AM the day before just to exchange a modem, which takes seconds. When I arrived, I was told they “don’t consider appointments” and to come back in 30 minutes. After returning, I still had to wait another half hour. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A process that should take seconds ended up taking an hour. This experience was frustrating and not what I expected from Bell. Poor service overall.

Well this new phone has been a headache to say the least. On a positive note thou the staff that I have worked have been extremely friendly and helpful. I really hope I get this up and running soon other wise I may just move my services all over to Rogers or something. I never in my life had such a hard moving to a new phone. I really need some accountability from Bell not the store as they have been doing every thing they can to make it all right. I am still without data after 4 days with isn't right especially considering all the money I paid for a new phone etc.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from Bell
We have been loyal Bell customers for more than three years, and what recently happened is beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable.
Out of nowhere, our internet was suddenly disconnected. When the technician arrived, he told us that “our service had been taken out and there were no more ports available.” This happened without any prior notice, explanation, or authorization from us. Even the technician himself didn’t know who made that decision — possibly the company itself.
The only “solution” offered to us was to cancel our existing service and start a new one — as if our loyalty and inconvenience meant nothing. When we called Bell, the representative showed no empathy, didn’t even apologize, and seemed almost happy to cancel our account.
Both my husband and I work from home (hybrid), and because of this reckless action, we were unable to work for two full days. To this moment, we still don’t have internet service.
This level of negligence, lack of communication, and total disregard for customers is shocking — especially from a company as large as Bell. Such treatment is unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows zero accountability.
We expect a clear explanation, an immediate resolution, and proper compensation for the lost work days and the stress this caused.
