    Was asked to pay $50 to just have my eSIM reinstated and this guy started selling me internet/tv packages as if what I had wasn’t enough. Next day stopped by an other dealer on hunt club, no questions asked and was able to get my services restored free of charge.

    The guy named Maseeh tried to push me out of the shop. Had a really bad experience with the representative. I was waiting in the queue when he approached me and told me it’s gonna take half an hour for a device return. Store was busy I get it, however in the next minute, Ash helped me out with device return. I don’t know why Maseeh tried to push me away with no reason. I was there, taking my time out of the busy schedule. Didn’t expect that at Bell store !

    Go elsewhere. They may help you, but will *suggest* that a pizza/wings order or some Tim Hortons products would be so appreciated. They did this to an elderly man, my FIL, and even the pizza place knew who the ($50) order was for. When my husband went in to tell them off, they felt they weren't doing anything wrong; it was simply people expressing their appreciation bc tips can't be accepted. At that moment, a woman walked in with a large Tim Hortons order, placed it on the counter and left. Pretty bad look for these scummy people.
