Bell store at Bayshore. Brought my Mom in here after she bought a new phone down the hall at Apple Store where we were told there was a better plan available than she currently had through Bell. The man helping was rude and dismissive the entire way through our encounter. He treated my mom abruptly and without any respect. She left feeling shaken and confused. Completely despicable behaviour. Shame on you Bell for having such disgusting representatives.

I never been treated with the most disrespect and will never go back to that bell store. They worker was very rude and did have any clue what she was doing. Anywys you will never see me at that store again and maybe do some training on how to treat customers....Worst experience in my life...

Huge shoutout to Mahmoud for all your help on Thursday last week with trying to transfer my number to a different phone. Outstanding customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to fix the issue even though the Bell call center couldnt help me. Even though the Bell email system was down you improvised and found a way to reach a solution after 1 hour of troubleshooting. Mahmoud deserves a raise and promotion for all his hardwork with customers and excellent service. Your help and patience is much appreciated - Erica

Not a such great experience here. First of all one guy here is rude we went there to check plans. Instead of checking on his system he asked me where did you check the plan i wasn't sure if its 45$ or 55$. i stood there checking on that plan for about 10-15 minutes instead of double checking or showing it to us on his system he stood there and watching us to show which i completely understand but if customer is not sure you can show them on your system as other providers do. Secondly, I showed him a plan online which i want to take, i asked many times about the price and totally monthly payments he was keep saying yes its the price and when its time to checkout he said price just changed it wasn't same. How? i cant believe price or plan changes in a minute? can someone explain. We were ready to pick our phone from other location but thanks to this guy who wasted our 30-40 minutes because of that we can't go to other providers and end up going home. Not professional, i think bell your team should the plans, phones and their prices how it works not customer has to show it to them.
Moreover, asking a customer do you want the phone multiple times make customers feel embarrassed, pressurized and forced to take.
