  Lind that works at the front desk at DHL Mount Hope Ontario Canada. Is more than employees she is the reason that DHL still exists as a company. Linda help me with a lost package. DHL could only hope that all thier employees worked as diligent as Lina does. Linda is kind and understanding that every item that is shipped is just as important as the other regardless of its value. Linda is the back bone of company that clearly has all kinds of problems. Linda is at the front line and is the face of the the company and upper management should recognize Linda's hard work and dedication. Thank you in advance Tony Carvalho

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Lynda Brunetti, who went above and beyond to help me resolve a difficult situation. DHL lost my package back in July, and I was feeling stuck until Lynda stepped in. She was crucial in tracking it down and has been updating me every step of the way on its progress, which has been extremely helpful. Lynda is an absolute pleasure to work with, exceptional service!

  I should have asked for her name — the lady working at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t find Customs at first, and not only did she show me the map, she actually came outside with me and personally showed me where it was. Her directions were so clear and detailed that I didn’t miss a single turn and found Customs easily. After I completed my self-clearance, she was incredibly efficient and helped me get my package within just a couple of minutes. She even offered to carry the box to my car, which I truly appreciated. The gentleman working at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. He opened all the doors for me to make it easier to carry the box. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

  I am extremely disappointed with DHL Courier Services. My parents sent a parcel full of gifts for my sister’s birthday, and it meant a lot to our family. Unfortunately, DHL lost the parcel, and the entire experience has been heartbreaking and frustrating. The worst part is the misleading information. When I track the shipment online, it clearly shows that the parcel is available for collection at the service point. However, when I called customer care, they told me they do not have the parcel at all. So the tracking system says one thing, and the staff says something completely different. This lack of coordination and transparency is unacceptable. We trusted DHL with something personal and valuable, and instead we were left confused, stressed, and disappointed. Losing a parcel is bad enough, but giving false hope through incorrect tracking updates makes it even worse. I expected much better from a company as big as DHL. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable and honest delivery. Tracking ID- 8051772341 Name- Anchal Jindal
