  Pretty impressed with the service here. We arrived 10 minutes past closing time after driving for two hours and thought we would meet a closed door, but Shelly was busy with a customer, which we were happy to see that they were still open. Shelly was trying to finish up with the customer before us and apologized for having us wait. She was so calm talking to both us and the people she was helping. It was nice to see how she handled everyone while multi tasking, so composed and with a smile. We appreciate her staying beyond her work hours to help us out, its hard to find people that love what they do and it shows with Shelly, she deserve a raise, DHL is lucky to have her. If you read this, we thank you Shelly!

  Shelly was awesome! She dropped what she was doing as soon as I walked in and she had my parcel found scanned and ready to go faster then I could write this review. Thanks for the amazing service!

  Shelly was awesome, she was courteous and gave me all of the necessary info to clear my package at CBSA. The whole process took less than an hour and it was thanks to her clear instructions. 10/10 service.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the customer service I received from Lynda & John at the DHL Express Service Point beside the Hamilton Airport. I desperately needed a shipment released for a big business opportunity that same day, and the third party broker was taking uncharacteristically long to release my shipment. I was in jeopardy of missing out on the opportunity and the broker responsible for releasing the shipment was not being helpful or communicative. I was at the DHL depot for 4 hours desperately waiting for customs to release my package, all the while Lynda and John were both going above and beyond to try and help me. They went so far as to regularly pop outside, walk to my car, and check in with me to let me know if there were any updates or not. While it was an extremely stressful situation for me, Lynda and John were the bright points of my day. My shipment was eventually released within half an hour of CBSA closing, and I made my business deadline. I do not think it would have been possible without the amazing efforts of Lynda & John. Hands down the best customer service I have received from anyone, anywhere. Thank you so, so much Lynda & John!
