- CCChris CardozaNov 26, 20255.0I was fortunate to get Rakesh when I went to the store to change my mobile service provider. He is great. Knows what he is doing. Provided good guidance to help in making my decision. I had to call him back after getting the service to clarify a few things and Rakesh’s after initial sale service was as great as when I went into the store. Thank you!!
- CSCorina StreahornSep 20, 20253.0My daughter went to get a new Virgin plus sim micro card and was talked into signing up for Bell mobile. We had no issues at all with Virgin plus. Was told it would be $30.00 cheaper with the same deals, but that is a lie. It's a promo that can drop anytime, and you must sign up for autopay which I feel is unnecessary as there's no need for that sort of permission. 13 years with Virgin we had no issues and had a great deal of bonuses and data package. Unless Virgin is going out of business I feel the need is on the sales rep to make a quota on Bell services. Beware pressured deals. They are not as equal they seem.
