They sent 2 guys to deliver a 400lbs treadmill, when they nearly killed themselves, they asked to reschedule. I had scheduled to do first thing on A weekday the RXO manager called and confirmed the time with me. I then received a automated phone call saying that they wouldn’t be here between 9am to 12 PM when I called the call centre after 30 minutes of WAITING, They confirmed that I would have my delivery at 8 AM and they still showed up three hours late. These people have no respect for your time and no respect for the poor guys who are actually delivering these devices.
