Talked to a supervisor or customer service agent and rescheduled the delivery which came and there was still a problem as they had an incomplete order with items for the two stools missing. I have to now reschedule for a third delivery and to assemble the two remaining chairs. Just incompetence from everyone except the delivery men/installers.
