- JWJoshua Wilson6 days ago1.0I am waiting for a package to arrive and I've called FedEx several times now. I selected the extra-fast express shipping option. The customer service representative says he can't do anything and that there is bad weather so the planes can't fly. I asked him for an estimate of when the bad weather can end and he has no information. I received an email from a Case manager and I emailed back but I have no response. I also called the case manager and she doesn't pick up the phone. What's the point of paying extra for express shipping when customer service is uninformative and unhelpful?
