  I have very bad experience of fedex delivery service I requested twice to call me whenever they reached out because I’m living in the basement that’s why i told the representative of fedex that take my phone number and just text me or ring me when anyone has reached out I told her my side door location but it doesn’t work still I am waiting for my package and today they sent just a picture of front door in the app Im continuously at home from last 4 days but didn’t get my thing so this is really ridiculous experience . My humble request please call me on my number I ll go upstairs and collect my parcel .. thanks

  FEDEX HAS THE WORST DRIVER IN OUR AREA DOWNTOWN TORONTO !!! NOT ALL BUT ONLY THE ONES ENROUTE AROUND LIBERTY/KING/DUFFERIN AREA!! THEY KEPT LYING ABOUT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER WHEN I WAS ON MY PHONE ALMOST 24/7 WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE!!! THEY KEPT CHANGING DELIVERY DATES TOO AS I SCREENSHOT HERE AS PROOF AND THEY KEPT LYING ABOUT ATTEMPTS WHEN THERES NOT EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO BUZZ MY BUZZER!!! I ASKED OUR SUPERINTENDENT TO CHECK THE CAMERAS!!! NO!!! THERES NO FEDEX AROUND THE TIME THAT IT SAID IT WAS ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE!!! SHAME IN THIS DRIVERS!!! DONT DO THIS JOB IF U ARE LAZY

  Every time my company receive shipment by air there is issues and delays. Can`t get correct information from reps, every time same excuses and useless explanations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with FedEx delivery driver Tex Roy. He was professional, courteous, and very reliable. The package was delivered on time and handled with care. It’s always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and provides excellent customer service. Thank you for making the delivery process smooth and stress-free!

I had already printed my shipping label, and the staff helped ensure it was properly placed on an A4 sheet, neatly affixed, and accepted with full acknowledgment/receipt, which is very reassuring—especially when shipping valuable items. Unlike small drop-off points, this location operates as a full-service FedEx centre, and it clearly shows. Despite being quite busy, the customer handling was extremely efficient. The staff were warm, welcoming, polite, and highly professional, managing queues smoothly without making customers feel rushed. Their cooperative attitude really stood out. The centre was nicely decorated for Christmas, creating a pleasant and positive atmosphere. There is a comfortable seating area, which is very helpful while waiting. Parking is ample and not an issue, which makes visiting stress-free. Another big advantage is that consignment dispatch is faster here compared to third-party drop locations. You also get proper confirmation that your shipment has been received into the FedEx system. A unique bonus—if you enjoy aviation—you can actually watch aircraft take-offs and landings from the parking area, which offers a surprisingly nice view. Overall, this is a reliable, professional, and well-managed FedEx location. If you want peace of mind, proper documentation, and real customer support, this Ship Centre is absolutely worth visiting.
