  I'm waiting for a package to arrive at my house then they take a photo of your house and say attempted delivery I have no left note or anyway to know where this package is for me to pick up avoid this headache and just grab your items yourself

  This FedEx Ship Centre provides end-to-end professional support, and my experience here was outstanding. I had already printed my shipping label, and the staff helped ensure it was properly placed on an A4 sheet, neatly affixed, and accepted with full acknowledgment/receipt, which is very reassuring—especially when shipping valuable items. Unlike small drop-off points, this location operates as a full-service FedEx centre, and it clearly shows. Despite being quite busy, the customer handling was extremely efficient. The staff were warm, welcoming, polite, and highly professional, managing queues smoothly without making customers feel rushed. Their cooperative attitude really stood out. The centre was nicely decorated for Christmas, creating a pleasant and positive atmosphere. There is a comfortable seating area, which is very helpful while waiting. Parking is ample and not an issue, which makes visiting stress-free. Another big advantage is that consignment dispatch is faster here compared to third-party drop locations. You also get proper confirmation that your shipment has been received into the FedEx system. A unique bonus—if you enjoy aviation—you can actually watch aircraft take-offs and landings from the parking area, which offers a surprisingly nice view. Overall, this is a reliable, professional, and well-managed FedEx location. If you want peace of mind, proper documentation, and real customer support, this Ship Centre is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommended.

  Can someone from corporate please reach out to me. I have a complaint against a driver. I have the dashcam footage and license plate of the truck. Also the street name and time and date. Reach back immediately. Been trying to get a hold if corporate for 2 weeks now. Maybe writing this review will trigger a response.

  Please avoid this shipping center at all cost! I can’t speak for other people’s experiences but here’s mine: I got a replacement device from Apple and I had to ship my current device back. The box had a return label on it but it was hidden underneath the original shipping label they used to send the package to me. I’ve never had to do a “return” before so I didn’t know where the return label was. Apple rep told me he doesn’t know either but FedEx reps should be able to find it. When I got to this shipment center, the customer rep was extremely obnoxious and just downright rude. His exact words were “this is your package, you need to tell me where the shipping label is. It’s not my problem”. The condescending tone he used cannot possibly be overstated via a simple review. Another FedEx rep walked in and was very sweet and kind! She simply tore the label off and told us that’s where the return label was. Took her 3 seconds! Then he continued on to say “we do this 20 times a day and it’s the customer’s job to know where the label is, not ours” and started asking me unrelated questions with the intent of making himself look good and justify the way he spoke to us. While what he was saying may have been true, but the way he treated us was unacceptable. I rarely waste my time writing a review because it’s unlikely anyone will read this, let alone FedEx. Far lower chance they’ll do anything about it. But if you’re lucky enough to read this, I recommend avoiding FedEx all together if you can. Or at the very least, drop your package off at a FedEx authorized store. This gentleman is absolutely horrid and I hope he gets the help he needs because if he’s treating random, reasonable customers this way and getting offended for no apparent reason at all, I think he needs to be investigated and possibly trained on how to behave in a civilized society. My dog can’t talk but if he could, I’m certain he’d have better manners than this guy. Pathetic.
