- ALAlana LombardoFeb 15, 20263.0We had an appointment to do a trade in for a defective modem at 11:00am but the store didn’t open until 11:25am. As the doors opened another couple rushed in and the sales person ignored us even though we were waiting first. No apology for making us wait for the employees to open as they sauntered in with their breakfast. The sales employee seemed like he wanted us to leave asap and not answer any questions. The employee also failed to enter the modem into the system resulting in an extra troubleshoot phone call to register it.
