Guy just tells us he can't do anything and to call bell support. Been on the phone for an hour in the store and see this same guy meet with 3 different customers and just tell them the EXACT same thing. "There is nothing i can do here." Call bell. Not even wearing a name tag because I get the feeling he gets a lot of complaints. Honestly the worst service. Stay far far away. Will not come back.
