  I only offer compliments or raise concerns when they are truly warranted. In this case, I want to recognize Josh at the Bell Store on the lower level of Square One for delivering exceptional customer service. Josh went above and beyond in every respect. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products and pricing. Most impressive was his ability to resolve all technical issues seamlessly and confidently. I arrived late for my appointment, and despite it being past his scheduled finishing time, Josh stayed to ensure everything was handled properly. He took the extra time needed to finalize the transactions to complete the order for our new phones and plan without rushing the process. This was, without question, the best experience I have had as a Bell customer. It’s the reason I will return to the Square One location for my future upgrades. Outstanding job Josh, and thank you for truly going above and beyond.

  Huge thanks to Josh at Bell Network for helping my daughter and me get our new phones. He made what could have been a long afternoon very easy and fun. He was great at explaining things to us and making sure we left happy. Excellent customer service!

  I had an excellent experience at the Bell store thanks to the outstanding customer service I received. Josh was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He spent more than an hour helping me resolve my issue and took the time to find a new device and a better plan that truly suited my needs. I really appreciated how thorough and understanding he was, making sure everything was clear before I left. I also want to thank the lady who was there assisting (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name). She was very welcoming. It’s rare to receive this level of dedication and care. Thank you both for going above and beyond!
