Any time I would ask her a question she would reply with “ idk idk Idk ask customer service” so if you can’t help me then why are you there?? What are you trained to do?? I was already nervous walking in and asking for help and her rude responses made the whole process worse and extremely uncomfortable. There were multiple people working at the time and somehow no one was able to help me with my questions because they were all huddled up making conversation with each other. I honestly don’t like reviews because I can understand people having bad days but this was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I don’t want anyone else to experience this. Even when walking she continued to make rude comments which was really uncomfortable and unnecessary and unprofessional

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I got the best option for my needs. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and Tarun truly stands out for his professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Tarun if you’re visiting Bell.

Tbh, I don’t think I’m asking something difficult question, and they don’t solve my issue.
