  After several painstaking and utterly frustrating hours on the phone with the Bell Mobility contact centre—being hung up on and placed on endless holds multiple times—I was ready to give up on the company entirely. As a final attempt, I visited the Bell store at Erin Mills Town Centre. Atif immediately assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and took ownership of resolving the issue. His patience, professionalism, and expertise were a stark contrast to my experience with the contact centre. He handled the problem efficiently, provided step-by-step guidance, and ensured everything was fully resolved before I left. Thanks to Atif, what had been an exasperating ordeal was resolved smoothly, and my confidence in Bell’s in-person customer service was fully restored. I strongly recommend him to anyone frustrated with the Bell contact centre.

  ***BEWARE if you recently signed up for $35/month Canada US wide 100G, bring own phone plan*** You might experience SUDDEN SERVICE RESTRICTION 😵‍💫😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I switched from previous provider to Bell Dec 31st, 2025. Today, Jan 2, 2026, two days later, I got automated Bell message telling me I have a balance of $182. Outbound call service RESTRICTED till I pay up. Called this store location where I set up account, that particular rep AND store manager/supervisor were not in. Made my way to nearest Bell store, spent (including waiting) 3+ HOURS on phone with Bell, bounced from customer service, technical support, account receivable, to resolve this. No luck 😵‍💫🤬 My first Bell bill isn't even available to view online and I did not go over my data limit, confirmed by store reps. Finally, I was told by Bell agent that it ADVANCES BILL FIRST MONTH ($90 price of boriginal plan) and activation fee $80. Even though activation fee to be waived/credited as part of this promotion, it's not processed yet. Mind you, the breakdown of the balance has not been reflected on MyBell account yet. They cannot lift restriction because credit history checking still "in progress". The only way to get around it is I have to pay a random amount ($50) to lift the restriction. Imagine as a new customer with Bell, for only 2 days, I have done nothing wrong, did not exceed service perimeters, but have to PAY MORE to get the service I am entitled to reinstated?! Absolutely madness and it's beyond frustrating. Bell, you should work out the MATH and the account "restriction" limit before you roll out this promotion!

  Vinit provided excellent service today after I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the call centre. I recently moved to Bell and was advised that I could transfer my phone number using an eSIM. Unfortunately, the temporary number that was assigned to me was no longer on the system. When I contacted the call centre, the representative advised they could not help and instructed me to go to a Bell store, without asking any questions or attempting to resolve the issue. There was little regard for my time and a clear lack of compassion or willingness to help. Vinit, on the other hand, was kind, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a genuine desire to assist. He was able to successfully add the eSIM for all of my devices and ultimately restore my faith in Bell. Vinit, thank you for creating such a great client experience for me.
