- DSDean SmithOct 27, 20251.0Few years ago, to help Bell business growth we had agreed with bell to build their network line in our front property grass, and bell promised to rebuild our front grass with bell's partner Ledcor company. However, the Ledcor did very poor work by digging a very large hall and re-filled with too much stones/sands and very thin soils, so grasses can never survive well. when contacted bell thousands of times and created more than 15 tickets for the issue, each time we had to spent too much times to explain and pointed out the issue, but those "customer specialist/business service" people never has been sericeous and always tried to close tickets but do nothing. Finally, we have to spend our money and did a lot of labor work to remove a lot of sands out, re-filled with good soils and re-plant grasses. As an experience learned, do never trust bell on their services and neither what you were told by them. they have not treated their words very seriously! They just want to earn big and quick money, and do nothing or lie as much as possible.
