The store associate Atif is very knowledgeable about bell profucts and services. went over and beyond to help me get my service up and running in no time with a smile on his face through out the process. He made me feel like he actually heard what i needed and attended to finest details. I ended up getting a brand new phone and perfect plan to go with it. Cherry on the top, no service fee, free i phone protection kit. I live near oakville place location and that was absolutely worst customer service. I almost went to discontinue my service with bell. After dealing with Atif, i felt bell is still worth trying and people are kind. Five stars just for you.
