    My husband and I recently switched multiple services to Bell Canada, including Wi-Fi, mobility services, and porting my husband’s phone number from another provider. Unfortunately, the number porting process was not completed properly. His number was disconnected from the previous provider, but the transfer to Bell was left incomplete. We spent nearly four hours (7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) on the phone with Bell customer service trying to resolve the issue. After exhausting all options, Bell customer support advised us to visit the Bell Store directly for faster assistance. At the store, we were assisted by a representative named Josh, who was unfortunately very rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help at first. He repeatedly told us that because the original transaction was not completed in-store, there was nothing he could do. Even after we explained that Bell customer service specifically directed us there, he was not willing to listen. We had to contact the representative who originally helped us set up our Bell services, and even during that conversation, Josh was rude and unprofessional toward him as well. What was most disappointing is that the issue was resolved within just a few minutes once he finally chose to help. This makes it clear that the problem was not inability—it was unwillingness. Customer service is not just about technical skill; it’s also about empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help. New customers choose Bell expecting quality service, especially from a reputed company. I strongly hope Bell provides better customer service training so customers are treated with respect and understanding, especially when they are already dealing with a frustrating issue. Very disappointing experience at this location.

    My first ever negative comment and it is essential to post so people are made aware of the staff particularly a brown south asian sales consultant named JV or VH (cannot recall but it's one or the other) at Bell Squareone. Extremely rude and arrogant staff! Today for the first time in my life I was denied service at Bell squareone! Why you may ask? Well because my mom and I came on for a simple transfer from a regular to a e Sim because I bought a new phone. The sales consultant was snobby and he kept trying to upsell other services. He did not want to listen and was not willing to do what was asked of him without making an additional sale. Well this isn't good customer service. You can't force a client to buy other services if they don't want to or are limited in terms of time and have expressed that. Therein, I took over and told him we were not looking for any upgrades or changes to our existing packages and would appreciate if he could help us switch to an e Sim. No loud tone or foul language and he straight up denied service. How is this acceptable and considering there are many negative comments. Is there no oversight whatsoever Bell? My family has been a loyal user of your services and I am very disappointed that there is no way to voice out concerns and be heard. He refused to even apologize and his colleague had to give us service.

    I visited this store at Square One to buy AirPods, and the customer service was disappointing. We waited 10–15 minutes with no help, even though the store wasn’t busy and employees were chatting. When we called over an employee named Karan, he didn’t greet us or show any courtesy. After the purchase, we said thank you, but he didn’t respond. Overall, very poor service definitely needs improvement.

    This place is a joke lol I went there today to change my plan with Bell and to say the least I was super disappointed. First gentleman who was helping me today was absolutely useless and I could see he didn’t really want to do anything much. When I asked about my home internet he said he doesn’t have access to it which is a big lie. Then I asked another representative to help and he offered me few options but none was good enough. They don’t even have iPhone pro max. And you know what I am happy that it was the case because I went to Tbooth Wireless right after and I got amazing deal there for a plan and new phone too. Don’t waste your time at this Bell store.
