Was told that I would be in good hands with them and that was a complete lie. 3 weeks dealing with this company to ship 3 pallets 3200 sq feet of engineered hardwood to new york from Toronto only to be told after 3 weeks of nonsense from Nick That they can't ship cause they don't feel confident it will cross the border. This is the email he sent me I’m afraid we won’t be able to handle this shipment for you. The issue of clearing this product through customs is posing too much of a challenge. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you, and best of luck. Nick you are a joke......
