The representative repeatedly dismissed our concerns and told us that our thinking was “wrong,” which came across as disrespectful and manipulative. How come my thinking was wrong for keeping one line with the original carrier and only changing one to BELL. Customers should feel informed and supported, not pressured or judged. This experience left a very negative impression.
