  Extremely frustrating experience. I was repeatedly asked for additional information and received multiple phone calls instructing me to fill out forms via email. Despite complying, I was told my package a simple gift to my family in the U.S. would be returned. After waiting an entire two weeks, my family never received it, and the parcel was sent all the way back to Toronto. To make matters worse, I paid over $80 in shipping for absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable handling, poor communication, and a waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

  It's not my first time, but some driver are lazy didn't press buzzer code, just stick the notice infront the door and that's it. DHL has the best service they always call and use buzzer.

  This situation with FedEx is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. When I sent my package, the employee at the counter clearly told me the shipping cost would be $117 and that if I created a FedEx account, I would receive an additional 30% discount on that rate. She specifically confirmed that this discount would be applied to my shipment. Because of this information, I spent over an hour creating the account, while the staff at the location were unable to properly assist me. At the time of shipment, I was not given any invoice or receipt, and I did not receive any email confirmation either. However, I was later charged $135, which is already higher than the originally quoted price. Even worse, the invoice was only sent two days after the charge, which is completely unacceptable. Charging customers before providing an invoice or cost breakdown is not a transparent or professional practice. After spending several hours contacting support and then waiting several days for a response, I was finally told that the 30% discount could not actually be applied to my shipment. This directly contradicts what the employee at the branch told me. Instead of correcting the mistake and refunding the full difference, FedEx issued only a partial credit to my account. This is not a real solution because I will not be using FedEx again after this experience, so that credit is essentially useless. This entire situation happened because your employee provided incorrect information, which caused me to make a decision based on promises that were not honored. I expect FedEx to take responsibility for the misinformation provided by its staff and to issue a full refund of the remaining amount, not a credit that I cannot use. This experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing.
