  Yikes. I used this place to send an RMA to the USA. Seemingly organized but not really. You fill out the paper work and of course they give you a hefty bill that you pay up front. I was bounced from one guy to another and they were near closing time and said I may have to come back the next day. But they managed to complete it all. It was a whopper of a bill...$250 to Los Angeles and maybe 1.5 lbs. I was told they were the ones doing the customs brokerage but as I quickly found out they are not very good at that. The package got to the USA within 24 hours but was stuck in customs awaiting some info. So rather than contacting the receiver company by phone I had to intervene and supply info to FEDEX and to customs people. These were questions like what metal is the product made of and where was the smelter. Of course as the end user I had no idea but I would think as an experienced broker they may know the ropes. No such luck. It sat for days and weeks and in spite of repeated contact with USA Fedex and CDN Fedex nothing moved. I literally had to call the USA office and they put me onto a guy who quickly supplied the info and boom within a few hours the package was released and sent to the USA company the next morning. SO IF YOU EXPECT FEDEX TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN DELIVER YOU ARE MISTAKEN. I applied for a refund since they didn't meet their delivery deadline but they blamed it on customs. And customs clearance was their responsibility. They did NOTHING . They denied my claim citing the fact that it was all customs and not their delivery. SO WHY AM I PAYING FOR THEIR BROKERAGE SERVICE IF I HAVE TO DO THE WORK. Fedex is excellent at billing you and taking your money and eventually delivering the package. But if there is even one hiccup then you are out of luck getting them to help. They charge for brokerage but aren't capable of doing the work. The customer had to do all the work. That's not great service.

  I went to drop off two boxes and was greeted with a lovely smile from Sumen. I was stressed out about the shipment and fees. She explained everything in detail, helped me organize myself and gave me helpful tips. Thank you Sumen for helping me get my packages off on time and just the smooth transaction! A+

  I went to this fedex store to ship a Dangerous goods last minute, which was super important, Jennifer from the DG team went out of the box and helped me to ship it out the same day, I really appreciate the great work they are doing to help customers. Thank you Jennifer!!!!!!!!!!
