- JGJainish GandhiNov 12, 20212.0Whats the need for Bell mobility Locations if all the things can be done via customer service.When visited came to knew that they cant offer good loyalty rewards or better services they advise you instead to call the customer care for further inquries which when called will definately take 2-3 hours of your life which you are not getting back.

He was slow to look up a price for me ,and had an extremely poor customer service attitude. Due to this store being a franchise the quality of service diminished considerable. I have gone to another Bell store which is connected to Bell Canada and was not a franchise and received outstanding Bell service and was quoted a price which was 30% lower than the franchise unit. Avoid this Woodbine and Dennison store if you want quality service.
