    I am extremely disappointed with Bell’s service and customer support. Bell charged me activation fees for two phone lines, but once I returned home, my phones showed “SOS only” with absolutely no signal. The service was completely unusable. This was not a temporary issue — there was no reception at all, making the service pointless. I contacted Bell customer service for help, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that the activation fees are non-refundable, even though the service never properly worked at my location. Bell claims the activation fee only covers “connecting the service,” not whether the service actually functions. This explanation is unacceptable. As a result, I used the service for just a little over one month and still ended up losing $180 in activation fees for two lines, on top of the monthly charges — all for a service that did not work in my own home. It is extremely unfair to charge customers high activation fees while refusing any responsibility when there is no usable signal. A telecom company should ensure coverage or at least provide refunds when the service fails entirely. Bell showed no flexibility, no accountability, and no concern for customer experience. I feel misled and taken advantage of. This experience has completely damaged my trust in Bell. I strongly warn others to check signal coverage very carefully and be aware that Bell may still charge you even if their service does not work at all. Very disappointing experience overall.
