Store staff refused to accept stating it can only be returned via mail/post since your services have ended with Bell. Gave me customer service number , after staying on call for 49 minutes with customer service , they advised to go to any other bell store as stores can't say no to accepting device after contract end. Drove to another bell store 30 mins far, hassle free no questions asked return at other Bell store. Highly advise not to go to this store as your time , gas, efforts will be wasted.
