  Had a rep help me named David, older gentleman. Disgusting attitude like he just woke up and didn’t want to be there or even speak to the customers. Not just that, none of the bell reps know their job or any correct info about their services. I was misguided multiple times and they can’t even take responsibility for it. I’d cancel if I didn’t just stay this service.

  Not helpful at all. I went there with my new Bell SIM card and asked for help removing my Fido SIM card and activating the Bell one. Bell customer service told me to call them once the new SIM card was inserted, but Eric kept insisting that I did not have a new line, even after I explained everything clearly. I wasted my time going there and still did not get help. Please be more understanding and helpful to new customers.

  Nice customer service agent but not enough workers. I went in the evening and only one worker there. He was helping the guy for half an hour until finally helping me. There were two people waiting after me too, they had to wait longer. The service was good but just only one worker there. Some of the deals I thought was good price but turns out it was for new customers only it was not mentioned anywhere.

  David Quong at Bell Canada Markville Mall was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with! He successfully assisted with moving all my business from Rogers to Bell in a very efficient manner. David is excellent at his job and I highly recommend him for all Bell service offering needs.

  I had a great experience at the Markville Shopping Centre location (5000 Hwy 7 East, Upper Level). Sarah Ho was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to resolve my situation in a timely manner. She was very compassionate and professional throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Sarah’s staff member, Eric Liu, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated the patience and attention to detail. Thanks to both of them, I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend their team for anyone needing assistance!
