  The diver is not giving a call everytime! Even there is a number and correct address! The diver is not give a call!! Everytime you need to pick up in there store! That's hussle! The driver guy is 0 star!l and the customer service is 0 star!

  Consistently bad service. The curriour can take photos of my building to let me know they arrived, but can't get through my building's entrance can't use that same phone to call me?

  Took half an hour to call them to have a note put on a business delivery to drop it off when that business is actually open. They still tried to deliver it when we were closed, and this location closes before anyone would be able to drive over. They keep responding to reviews with "We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us" but its pretty obvious that they think those thoughts aren't worth listening to since they never change. Never use FedEx for anything important, they don't care, and never will.

  Excellent experience at the FedEx shipping centre. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. They explained all the shipping options clearly and helped me choose the fastest and most cost-effective service. My package was processed very quickly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s great to see such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable and fast shipping.

  They said my package was arriving between 4:30 to 5:30 and I kept checking throughout the day and I never left my building once because I was studying but I had my phone ringer on in case they called. But nothing I checked again at 6 since it was getting late and nothing. I checked the app and it said they attempted to deliver at 1:37 pm like what? Make that make sense to me when they said it’s arriving around 4;30 to 5:30. Then I called customer service and the lady said they will attempt again right away but I got a call from them and they said they can’t like they make everything so confusing like thanks for making me drive all the way to the other side of London to pick up my package when you could have just entered my name and I can open the door for you on my phone.
