  My wife and I went in to send a letter. While there the customer service individual gave attitude. This is not the first occasion. I paid for the delivery service that day, and then 2 weeks later I get a bill invoiced to me to pay again the same amount for the delivery service. I do not recommend this location for any delivery service.

  Excellent experience at the FedEx shipping centre. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. They explained all the shipping options clearly and helped me choose the fastest and most cost-effective service. My package was processed very quickly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s great to see such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable and fast shipping.

  They said my package was arriving between 4:30 to 5:30 and I kept checking throughout the day and I never left my building once because I was studying but I had my phone ringer on in case they called. But nothing I checked again at 6 since it was getting late and nothing. I checked the app and it said they attempted to deliver at 1:37 pm like what? Make that make sense to me when they said it’s arriving around 4;30 to 5:30. Then I called customer service and the lady said they will attempt again right away but I got a call from them and they said they can’t like they make everything so confusing like thanks for making me drive all the way to the other side of London to pick up my package when you could have just entered my name and I can open the door for you on my phone.

  Absolute stupidity and a failure to do their job at a basic level. I left explicit instructions for my package to be left in the locked foyer only to come home to a door hanger stating it’s unsuitable for release. Excuse me? The level of incompetence it takes to disregard a paying customers instructions is just unacceptable. You should let a third party courier do local deliveries because you guys suck.

  I literally have been on the phone with a computer for ten mins just trying to talk to a human being. This is genuinely so difficult. I’m done. I’m actually done. It shouldn’t have to be this hard to connect with someone. Please I need to talk to a human being. I have a package here I can’t pick up and I can’t call you guys and ask to get it redelivered because it’s a computer that’s incompetent slow and just all in all a headache, picking up the phone. This is genuinely the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. And I work in tech. You guys genuinely need to have people who answer the phones and not computer. You guys have no idea how frustrating that was. I had to call three different times and be on the phone for 10 minutes each time. Not to mention, it hung up on me once. That was such a waste of my time. I literally never want to do that again. I would rather go into labour again then have to call FedEx and talk to a computer for 10 minutes.
