The way he looked at me as if I was doing something wrong. He also pointed out that the address isn't the same as my ID and but the name matches. Now Ive had a simple sim swap before and they never put up a fight to help me with that. I understand they have rules and stuff which is understandable but looking for reasons not to help me? I don't know what's up with that lol after doing the sim swap he then said it will cost me money to do it. Well not once has anyone asked for money before and that he said that it costs money to help their customers! I mean bell makes alot of money on me as I have my home services with them. Home phone, internet 8gig speed and cable best package and as well as my mobility on top of that. I don't know why bells employees are given a green light to not help their customers. And make me feel like they don't want to help me or want my money. I do pay my bill every month. And it's not like I'm paying a little bit of money either. My total service are almost a 1,000.00 a month. And that's more then enough if you ask me. And the manager didn't care to help me either. He hushed and shoed me away. They need to have people who actually care about their customers and treat them like their valued to have their business! Anyways it was not a positive experience what so ever.
