With both, I was frustrated with the confusing answers and information. I then made the effort to drive 40 minutes, pay for parking and speak to an agent in London. The experience there was refreshing. I learned that information given to me was incorrect and misleading. I’m very glad that I had not gone ahead with their advice. At the Bell kiosk I was led through simple adjustments, did not need to make the changes the Bell call centre had advised and was treated with respectful help.
