The front desk woman employee around 3 pm and 5pm woman gave me a modem missing the SFP ONT module this afternoon, which means it doesn’t work — and now I’m left without internet. When I called customer service for help, they told me I’d have to pay for a technician, even though the mistake was clearly made by their own staff because it was her responds ability to show me the missing piece. I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s error and Bell store error. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and shows how little care this store and Bell’s support have for their customers. Very disappointed and won’t recommend this location to anyone. Days are counting and I am paying for internet that I am not using due to the front desk woman mistake
