Kinnaly was so friendly, very helpful, answered all my questions and spent quite a bit of time with me. Such a lovely young lady. I will certainly come back to this location. Thanks again Kinnaly! Second review is for Vishal. The next day I had to go back as I came across a few things with my new phone that I needed help with once I started using it. Kinnaly wasn't there so I was approached by Vishal who went over my questions with me that I had and actually showed me on my phone where to find things etc. Vishal was very helpful and spent some time with me. Also very friendly with lots of knowledge. Thanks again Vishal!

- KLKira LongeuayMar 8, 20263.0Overall experience was just okay. The first salesperson I spoke too didn’t want to help me because I wasn’t agreeing to his upsell. I had to get the manager to do my upgrade and the only difference was the attitude. The first rep would not honor the pricing and plan that my account was showing, causing a very uncomfortable experience and frustration. The manager was also from a different store so I can’t really recommend this location. Even if you go in knowing what you want be prepared for pushy upselling and spending more time in the store than you need too. If that manager was not there I would’ve switched carriers.
