Matt discussed all of our options with us, he was patient and knowledgeable. He gave us information on multiple plans and ended up saving us some money ! He turned what could’ve been a very unpleasant situation into an excellent experience. We are so thankful for all of the help we received from Matt, and will be returning to him in the future !

She restored my faith in customer service from Bell! It has been quite a while since I felt satisfied when dealing with a rep. She gave honest opinions and options and took into consideration that I am a senior and not very techy! When I need to upgrade my phone I will make an appointment with Stephanie and take her suggestions on which new purchase. She took the time and gave me honest answers and was extremely pleasant to deal with. A terrific ambassador for Bell Canada. Thank you Stephanie. Carolyn
- TTTaraSep 14, 20215.0Beau is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with my Mom's phone and he figured out what was going on and got it fixed right away. Jonathon is helpful too and got my upgrade done right away and quickly!! I highly recommend them for your cell phone needs!!
