    I just want to give a big thanks to Chris at Virgin Mobile — he helped me add a second number to my existing phone, something I didn’t even know was possible before today. He patiently showed me how to make calls and send messages using the new number on my current phone, walked me through every step, and answered all my questions. What made the visit even better was seeing Carlos again, the person who originally helped me set up my current Google phone. Carlos took the time to answer all my technical questions about the device and made sure I was completely happy with it. The whole experience was friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused. Because of the help I received today, Virgin Mobile will definitely be my go-to for all my phone and internet needs going forward. I highly recommend asking for Chris (and Carlos) if you need help — they really know their stuff and treat customers with care.
