  edit, I received my destruction certificate on December 5, 2019. I had concerns that this company did not have a mobile shredder but Kevin advised that I would receive a document destruction certificate. 6 weeks later still no certificate. Kevin did not return my call so I called the office and got George. Shredding is done in Toronto. They only ship documents to Toronto when they have enough boxes. George was not sure if mine were even shredded yet. Said he will get to it and thats all he could do. I gave them 30 boxes of sensitive materials in mid October and have grave concerns that 6 weeks later they are still not shredded and instead are being warehoused.

  I reached out to some other document destruction companies and it appeared to be complicated, call centers, poor broken phone systems, (press 1 for...2 for...), un returned calls, I had too many boxes?? Etc. It almost seemed like seemed like I was a burden (giving them business??) I called RecordXpress and a human answered and transferred me immediately to Kevin, we discussed my requirements, and he even came down to see what I had to shred. We negotiated a very fair price and the next week a truck showed they took away my documents, I paid, and it was super easy, as it should be!! I would not hesitate in recommending The RecordXpress team to anyone who requires easy painless document destruction!! Great Job Guys!!
