- JDJess D3 days ago5.0Had a great experience today with Simon. I came in with my grandfather after his phone’s microphone suddenly stopped working. He was hesitant and nervous to go to any repair shops or Bell in his phone, out of concern of possibly being taken advantage of for his age. This was not the case at this location. Simon was fantastic, talking us through every step of the way and being a guiding hand, while making sure my grandpa felt comfortable. The patience and kindness Simon gave to us was amazing and I strongly recommend people come here for any inquiries they may have!

Simon literally swooped in at the store, took 2 minutes with my phone, Pinpointed the issue. Fixed it, explained what he did so I could understand and now everything is working perfectly. I can’t thank or recommend him enough if you’re lucky enough to get his know how in store. THANK YOU SIMON!
