- RRR3 days ago5.0I was in checking out boxing day deals in the Fairview park mall Bell, they didn't have the phone i wanted, but had the deal. The store manager Stephen McAllister was extremely helpful and polite, he called the sunrise location and got them to hold the phone and ensures I would get the same deal. Once I got to the sunrise location I was greeted by SIMON FEDERAU, not only was he extremely nice, he got me an amazing deal. He found out I got a discount from my company that I was not aware of, to increase my savings even further. Long story short, I left with the Z Fold 7, my wife got a new phone that was delivered in less than a day (was supposed to be 2-7 business days), and the kids got 100G plan. The 3 family members were with Roger's, Simon made the transfer easy and painless, saving us well over $100 a month. Both Stephen (Fairview park mall) and Simon (Sunrise) were extremely helpful, patient, and tried there best to save me money and get what I wanted. If you want get service, PLEASE seek these guys out, they will do there best to help you. Thank you so much, see you next time.
