    They will always lie to you. They said I would pay $35 each month, but in the reality i am paying $40. The worst part is that i add to pre authorized payment in the first day i signed the contract and they created an account in the transunion saying I didnt pay the first account. My advice is to run away of this company.

    I’ve been on and off using virgin for years. I got back on the virgin train a year or two ago and everything was going fine. Then the data was extremely slow even though I had 70gb of high speed data and they always would increase their sales every few months on my plan without telling me. Recently I switched my plan with them to a new courier and cancelled my other one. The guy on the phone told me it would be cancelled and the last bill would be my last one. When I got the last bill I confirmed with an agent over the app that it was cancelled and it would be my last bill but yesterday I got a email saying the e-bill is ready to be paid. I contacted another agent via the app and got told there was a note that it couldn’t be processed and they’ll try again in 5 business days. Had to call a number today to get that sorted and now I have to wait till the next bill comes to recall them again to cancel it. I’m never using their service again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never had so many issues with cancelling a service. Why wasn’t I notified at all that the cancellation couldn’t be processed? Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. I’m never using the company again and I would highly recommend you to not as well as you’ll be speaking the 4 agents before you can get anything near solved
